Depot In-charge booked for duping Rs 50.7 lakh

Nagpur News : A Depot In-charge of M/s Rajvaidhya Shivamprasad & Sons has been booked for allegedly cheating and duping the company of Rs 50.7 lakh. Accused Sachchidanand Dubey, a resident of Om Sai Nagar, Kamptee road has been slapped with fraud charges at Tehsil police station. Sections 408, 477 (A) has been imposed on Dubey.

According to the police, complaint lodged by Suresh Jindal, 57, a senior official from Delhi office, Dubey during his work period of January 2012 to July 2013, misused his powers and sold medicines worth Rs 50.7 lakh without going through a proper procedure. Jindal alleged that Dubey failed to keep any records of selling receipt and further bills. He even misused the gained amount of Rs 50.7 lakh and transferred the amount in his personal bank account.

Jindal alleged that Dubey even forged the documents and showed fake documents to the main branch about the selling receipt. Tehsil police are yet to arrest Dubey, who is still at large.
