A bundle of gossips has surrounded the rumoured engagement of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. Reports suggest that the couple secretly got engaged few days back, but now Deeepika has stepped forward to clear the air!
In a fashion event held in Mumbai on Wednesday night, Deepika braved through a volley of questions in this regard, and cleared her stand on the said engagement. She even moved a bit ahead and also revealed her pregnancy status and marriage plans.
When Deepika was asked by one of the journalists about her alleged engagement with beaut Ranveer Singh, she was quick to reply, “I think this is the right opportunity for me to clarify, there is no such plan anytime soon. I am not pregnant, I am not engaged, I am not married. I am not planning to get married anytime soon.” While Ranveer had decided to keep mum on the rumours thereby further adding fuel to the fire, Deepika’s statement has cleared the air once and for all!
