Nagpur News : Must awaited Kush Katariya murder case day to day trial is set to begin today, 3rd Oct. District and additional sessions judge GJ Akarte has already framed charges in the Kush Katariya murder case and hearing will go till 18th oct.
State government has appointed Special public prosecutor Ujwal Nikam who has already submitted the list of witnesses who will be examined during the hearing. Kush Katariya’s father has already appointed senior Lawyer Rajendra Daga to make a strong case against murderer, Ayush Pugaliya.
In the defense Pugaliya has appointed lawyer A.A Sonak and R. K. Tiwatri. Earlier advocate Sudeep Jaiswal was taking care of defence but refused to continue over non-payment of his fees. The main accused in this case is Ayush Nirmalkumar Pugaliya along with his 2 brothers Navin and Nitin Pugliya.

To remind our readers Kush kataria, an eight-year-old boy, who was kidnapped was found murdered near a garden in Surya Nagar area of the city.
Son of a city -based multimillionaire Raju Katariya, Kush was last seen playing near his house in Wardhaman Nagar in Oct 2011. His father is a co-director in a spices manufacturing company.
