Nagpur: A lewd dairy owner took a 16-year old girl, who is working in his firm, for a ride in his car and outraged her modesty when she demanded her salary. The pervert has been arrested.
The accused has been identified as Sudhir Ashokrao Pande (35). The accused Sudhir indulged in atrocious act when the Hudkeshwar-based 16 year old girl, working in his dairy, demanded Rs 2000 towards her monthly salary.
Sudhir, instead of giving the innocent girl her payment, asked her to sit in his car (MH-40/AC 1660) around and took her to a ride on Outer Ring Road. After reaching a secluded place, the accused Sudhir Pande resorted to obscene actions and thus outraged the minor girl’s modesty. The pervert even threatened to kill the girl if she opened her mouth. But the victimized girl, not to be cowed down by the threat, approached Hudkeshwar police and registered a case against the accused.

The Lady PSI P U Bhoyar booked the accused Sudhir Pande under Sections 363, 354, 506(B) of IPC read with Sections 7, 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Sub-Sections 3(1), 12 of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and placed him under arrest. Further probe is underway.
