CR activates Helpline Nos. 138 and 182 for passengers

Central Railway’s Nagpur Division has activated the new Helpline Number 138 for the facility of passengers. This Helpline Number can be contacted for lodging complaints regarding cleanliness, health, coach maintenance, catering, linen etc. Prompt action will be initiated on the received complaints.

Similarly, the safety Helpline Number 182 has also been activated. This Helpline Number can be contacted for any aspect of safety during travelling.
