Covid-19: Centre Point School, DPS closed after students test positive in Nagpur

Nagpur: Two schools affiliated to CBSC Board were decided to close its walk-in classes and switch to online mode of teaching after two of its students tested positive for novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) here, on Saturday.

The infected students include a boy from Delhi Public School, Kamptee Road and a girl from Centre Point School, Dhabha, both the school administrations have decided to close its school and shift to online mode of teaching for seven days and 10-days respectively.

All the school students and teachers of the respective schools that have came in contact with the diagnosed persons have been advised to go through RT-PCR tests as per preventative measures. Both the students are reportedly asymptomatic and have self quarantined themselves adhering to Covid norms.
