Job Description:
Responsible for the overall business in India. Ensure both strategic and operational objectives are met and drive the strategic plan.
Responsibilities:
- Develop long term and short term strategies
- Review the business performance and define budget and forecasts
- Drive market growth by growing existing sales channels
- Manage annual budget
- Maintain an effective organization for Sales, Marketing, Order Fulfillment, Training, Services, Finance and Admin
- Line management. Coach subordinates
