Nagpur News: Ambazari police arrested a youth for allegedly molesting a teenaged girl on Friday evening. The accused has been identified as Sanjat Dhanraj Kampthe (24), a native of Borgaon, Tehsil Pawni, district Bhandara.
Police said, a 13-year-old teenaged girl was going back home with her father in autotrickshaw on Friday evening. Sanjay, who was travelling in the same autorickshaw, started passing abusing comments thus molesting her.
On the complaint of girl’s father, Ambazari arrested Sanjay and registered a case under Sections 354, (a) (1) (3) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 read with sub section 7, 8 of the IPC.
