Nagpur: Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Surface Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari have come forward to give a tough fight to the rival parties in the upcoming civic elections in Nagpur and entire district.
Going further, both Fadnavis and Gadkari have kickstarted the poll campaign by inaugurating the BJP office for urban and rural. The party office has been inaugurated in Mangalam Tower at Ganeshpeth on Wednesday morning.
Speaking on the occasion Fadnavis exuded confidence that BJP would win 100 seats in Nagpur Municipal Corporation elections. He said, “I am hopeful that the party would mark big win owing to the works done by BJP in NMC. If BJP workers can take these works to common people, then the party will surely win 100 seats in NMC polls.”
He also stressed emphasis on more development works to be done while appealing the party workers to work towards the success with enthusiasm.
Also present on the occasion were State Energy Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule along with other prominent party workers.
