Chaitra Navratri Utsav at Shri Mahalaxmi Jagdamba Sansthan, Koradi, from April 6

Nagpur: On the occasion of Chaitra Navratri Utsav, various religious rituals are being organised at Shri Mahalaxmi Jagdamba Sansthan at Koradi from April 6. On the first day of Utsav, Abhishek and Shrungar Arti will be performed at 5 pm, Ghatsthapna and Saptashati Path at 10.30 am, Bhog Arti at 12 noon and Akhand Mahajyot Pujan at 5 pm.

From 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm daily, Bhajan will be sung and the evening Arti will be performed at 8 pm. From April 6 to 9, Devi’s Stuti ceremony will be held from 8.30 pm to 10 pm. On April 11, Bhajan and Kirtan will be organised from 8.30 pm to 10 pm. On April 12, Mahapuja and Maha Arti will be held from 8.30 pm. Havan will begin from 10.30 pm. On April 13, after Kanyapujan and Bhojan, Ghat immersion will be held at 3 pm.

On April 8 and 9, Chandi Yaga by Shri Vishnushastri Arvikar will commence in the morning. Purnahuti of Chandi Yaga will be done at 12.30 pm on Panchami.

Swayambhu Darshan of Shri Mahalaxmi occurs on Chaturdashi in Chaitra and Pratipada in Ashwin Navaratra. This year, devotees can have Swayambhu Darshan from 5 am to 10 am in Chaitrea Navaratra on Chaturdashi, Thursday, April 18.

Prasad will be distributed at Shri Mahalaxmi Jagdamba Sansthan at Koradi by D P Jain Education Trust daily from April 6 to 13. Similarly, Prasad will be distributed on April 9 on behalf of Dainik Bhaskar Parivar. Manoj and Rita Manoj Malhotra will distribute Prasad on April.
