Nagpur: On July 29, 2015 at around 11 am, the complainant Abdul Jabbar Ansari aged 15 years and son of Gujrat Ali Ansari aged 46 years a resident of a rented house opposite to Taj Kirana Bhandar, Ekta Nagar, Piwli Nadi under the jurisdiction of Yashodhara Nagar Police Station went away from his house without informing anyone.
In spite of searching everywhere, he could not be found. On the basis of the complaint lodged by the complainant, Police Sub Inspector Khedekar of Yashodhara Nagar Police Station registered a case under section 363 of Indian Penal Code of kidnapping under the directives of Supreme Court.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim, Police Sub Inspector Wagh of Shakardhara Police Station registered a case against unidentified goons under section 392 and 34 of Indian Penal Code and has initiated an investigation.
