nagpur-university1Nagpur: The Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) has postponed all the CBS (Credit Based System) course examinations to November 26. The exams were earlier scheduled to begin from November 15. However, no ‘moderation’ of question papers till today has forced the helpless RTMNU postpone the exams and put the students in a spot. The time-table of students, who were preparing themselves for the exams, has gone haywire.

The wayward attitude of teachers, who not only failed to finish the moderation of question papers, but also pushed the Examination Department to corner and thus put the entire preparations for the CBS exams in doldrums. The process has got stalled even though the exams were to start within four days. The Examination Department of RTMNU has kept the time-table, centers and admission cards ready but now everything will have to be changed due to the irresponsible attitude of the teachers.

The Examination Department, already facing shortage of workforce, went for entire exercise again. Fresh time-table, fresh arrangements at exam centers that after considering the factors like holidays and Winter Session hustle-bustle were a daunting task. The Department will now upload the new time-table on RTMNU website on Wednesday.

When the word on postponement of exams reached the students, they went ballistic.  They could not believe that the teachers failed to finish the moderation of question papers forcing RTMNU postpone the crucial exams.
