Nagpur News: ABHIRAM Tapas, student of Modern School Koradi, will lead the Maharashtra Under-17 basketball team in the SGFI School Nationals to be held at Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh from December 13, 2013.
Tapas is a regular member of Navyuvak Krida Mandal, Chandan Nagar. Tapas was selected on the basis of his excellent performance in the recently held state level championship at Brahmapuri where he scored maximum 85 points.
Tapas gives the credit of his success to his parents Ashish Tapas, Yashashri Tapas, coach Narendra Katole, Club President Yogesh Tiwari, Ashish Kamble, Vijay Kasodhan, Adv Rajendra Potey, Surendra Ugale, Pramod Chawake and others.
