Gagde, owner of Vatsalya Realtors, owned a flat on the third floor at Keshavkala apartment near Kriplani Turning. Cops informed that he left home with his family for Indore on Monday. In his absence, Gagde has assigned Nityanand Pande, to look after his house.
However, Pande got some urgent work and couldn’t keep a watch on Gadge’s flat on Tuesday evening.
Police found that the burglars had broken open the main door lock and gained entry. They ransacked the rooms and decamped with ornaments including of gold, diamond and silver and cash, suspected to be worth Rs 37 lakh.

Cops suspect that the burgled amount may go high as the house owner; Gagde has not seen the estimated loss. Senior police officers also investigated the spot. Cops are waiting for Gagde to return to know the exact loss.
