Nagpur: In a freak road accident, a young boy was crushed to death under his own vehicle. The deceased, while reversing the Bolero car he was driving, lost control of steering. As a result the vehicle turned turtle and crushed the boy under it who died on the spot. The accident occurred in Hill Top area, Ramnagar on Saturday morning.
On Saturday, around 11.45 am, the deceased Bolero driver Ramnarayan Shashishankar Shukla (19), resident of Plot No. 585, 586, Gokulpeth, was reversing his vehicle in front of Jagdamba Traders, near Water Tank, Hill Top, Ramnagar. While reversing his vehicle, Ramnarayan had taken out his head from window of the car for a clear view. However, in the process Ramnarayan lost control of steering and as a result the Bolero car turned turtle. Tragically, Ramnarayan’s head got crushed under the car and left him critically injured. He was rushed to Wockhardt Hospital where doctors pronounced him brought dead.
Ambazari PSI Tripathi, based on a complaint filed by Jaishankar Shukla, has registered a case against the deceased Ramnarayan Shukla under Sections 279, 304(A) of IPC and probing the matter further.
