Nagpur: Reacting on a tip, the Shanti Nagar police conducted a proceeding and arrested Laxmi Narayan alias Batu (31), a resident of Kalmana Deputy Signal on charges of theft.
As informed by the Shanti Nagar Police, they received information that a suspicious man was roaming in the area. The police reacted on the tip and questioned Narayan, who confessed to have conducted a few thefts in the area. Items worth Rs. 18,460 have been recovered from him and charges under sec. 454, 380 of IPC have been placed against him.
