Question Hour: The BJP MLA from North Nagpur Dr Milind Mane raised the issue of an unauthorized meeting the Additional Assistant Labour Commissioner of Nagpur Division convened with a delegation.
In the written reply, the Labour Minister said that the meeting was held following October 1 directives by the Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court regarding a petition (4323/2012) in this connection. According to the directives the concerned meeting was held to upgrade the labour rate of mathadi workers employed by Nagpur and Wardha Mathadi Board. No divisional enquiry is pending against Anil Laksavar over financial irregularities, said the written reply.
