Maharashtra BJP MLA Jaykumar Gore was seriously injured in a road accident in the early hours of Saturday. The accident took place near the cremation ground at Malthan near Phaltan on the Pune-Pandharpur road. It is being told that Jaykumar Gore’s Fortuner SUV fell into a ditch 30 feet below the bridge.
According to preliminary information, the driver had lost control of the vehicle, due to which the accident took place. It is being told that the BJP MLA has suffered serious injuries in the chest in this incident. He has been admitted to Ruby Hospital in Pune. Let us tell you that along with Jaykumar, 4 more people in the car have been seriously injured. The other injured have been admitted to a hospital in Baramati. It is being told that the BJP MLA was going from Pune to his village Dahiwadi.

Police are investigating the whole matter. The incident took place around 3.30 am on Saturday. Police believe that since it was early morning, the driver may have fallen asleep, due to which he could not control the vehicle and Fortuner broke the railing of the Bridge and fell down.
