Recently Nagpur Branch of WIRC of ICAI organized Fellowship Meet on How to keep your brain healthy – Mind your Mind (A healthy mind) at ICAI Bhavan, Dhantoli, Nagpur in which one of leading Senior Consultant in Spinal & Neurosurgery, Writer, Poet, Dr. Lokendra Singh said that healthy mind resides with healthy body. A healthy mind is one of the most important things for a person along with healthy body. He further said that we live in continuous stress, we live in virtual world nowadays. It’s time to understand how we can understand the impact of this virtual life. Virtual world has a very negative impact not only in mind but body as well. Mobile phones have increased our dependability on the same. The apps are rusting our brains & modern generation is depending on various such gadgets for day to day operations. Use your brain to the fullest & your mind will be young always he further added. He resolved the queries of the members very effectively and said that one use mind for diverse activities. If body is not fit, it will have an impact on mind & thinking, he opined.
CA. Julfesh Shah, RCM in his motivational address said that open mind gives us lot of opportunity to intake the things happening in and around us. He further said that a mind is like a parachute, it works only when its open. He appealed members to do regular exercise to keep themselves healthy. He appreciated the nagpur branch for organizing sucth type of fellowship programs which will bring lot of ideas and awareness amongst members.
Earlier, Chairman of Nagpur Branch CA. Kirti Agrawal in her welcome address said that health is wealth & precautions are better than cure. She emphasized that health related fellowship programme shall be our priority for the benefit of members & their family.
