Nagpur :  GH Raisoni College of Engineering of Nagpur recently signed an MoU with Bangalore-based National Instruments to start an authorized LabVIEW training academy

With only a handful of authorized training centres across the country, this centre will be very beneficial to engineering students from Nagpur who wish to learn this simulation software.

Academic Manager from National Instruments Solaikutty Dhanabal and director of the college Preeti Bajaj signed the pact to establish an authorized Labview academy, the second in Maharashtra. A workshop was also conducted on the occasion for thirty faculty members of the college.

“This is only the second such centre in the state, with one centre being in Pune. The software, LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrumentation Engineering Workbench) developed by NI is in great demand among students as well as industry. It helps to simulate many projects in the virtual environment, making many things easier and saving a lot of money too,” said SS Dorle, a professor from the electronics department of GHRCOE.
