ASI Subhash Kamdi bags Bronze Medal in National Power Lifting competition in Chhattisgarh

Assistant Sub Inspector Subhash Rajaramji Kamdi bags 3rd position and gets Bronze Medal in National Power Lifting competition held recently in Raipur in Chhattisgarh. He is posted in Police Headquarters in Nagpur.

Subhash Rajaramji Kamdi aged 56 years has served in Sitabuldi Police Station, Traffic Department, Imamwada Police Station and finally is serving in Police Headquarters.

Nearly 450 Power-Lifters from all over India had participated in this Power Lifting Competition. Of all the participants, he was the only police officer who was participating in the competition. Out of three police officials (two from Mumbai) he was the only one selected.

Subhash Kamdi practices in the Kahate Ghokhale Vyayam Shaala Dhantoli since 1983.

Subhash Rajaramji Kamdi had participated in the weight class of 75 kilograms, National Power Lifting Competition (Raw) for Master-II. He had achieved the following points:

• Squat – 130 kilograms
• Bench Press – 92.5 kilograms
• Deadlift – 135 kilograms
• Total – 357.5 kilograms

Subhash Rajaramji Kamdi was adjudged third and won the Bronze Medal in the National Power Lifting competition.

Subhash Kamdi has only 2.5 years for his retirement.
