Nagpur: Even though Motorists and two-wheeler riders are directed to abstain from drunken driving today on Holy festival, in-spite of various warnings of severe action if indulged in it, many drivers and riders continue to flaunt the warnings in a brazen manner.
In the drive that is under going on Holy day, the number of drunken drivers who were apprehended stood at 421 till noon, while the number of those driving in high speed were approx 300.It may be noted that city police has insatlled speed guns for the same.
At the time of posting this report,drive against drunken driving was still ON.
