Aptitude development workshop begins at Ramdeobaba college

Nagpur News : A seven day workshop on Aptitude Development (WAD) was inaugurated at Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering & Management, recently.

The chief guest of the function, chairman of RCOEM Banwarilal Purohit inaugurated the workshop. Students from various regions in Vidarbha like Gondia, Wardha, Ramtek participated in the workshop. Banwarilal Purohit in his inaugural address emphasized on ethics and values that a person should restore in him and insisted on the lines ‘associate yourself with men of good quality” said by George Washington.

Prof Rashmi Shahu gave the opening remark, marking the glory of WAD which started in 1998 and has completed about 15 long successful years.

Principal of the college Dr V S Deshpande while addressing highlighted the importance of technology and focused on the importance of communication skills.

Banwarilal Purohit, general secretary ECOEM, Govindlal Agrawal, director RCOEM, Dr S T Deshmukh, director, DMT, Prof Q H Jeevaji, Dr V.S. Deshpande, and Prof Rashmi Shahu, convener WAD were present on the dais.

Student secretary Barkha Sirohi delivered the report of WAD 2012. Student in-charge, Roshan Setiya delivered the vote of Thanks. Aniket Deshpande and Prerna Kumar conducted the event.
