In what could be termed as pure apathy and indifference on the part of the Regional Transport Office, the front tyre of the heavy duty crane had become punctured and was stranded in front of the Traffic Control Branch at Indora. The crane remained on the road, blocking the thoroughfare on that road. Had it been any other vehicle, the RTO is quick to challan the vehicle owner and if need be ever ferries the vehicle to the nearest RTO office, where the owner has to pay heavily for parking the vehicle.
What prevented the Traffic Control Department at Indora from taking action against the owner of the Crane is anybody’s guess.
