Nagpur News : Thousands of youth aspiring to make the cut for top medical colleges of the country appeared for All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Sunday.
Mumbai and Nagpur were the only two examination centres in the State due to which a large number of youths from across Vidarbha reached the city for the test. The CBSE has not revealed details about the test and therefore the precise number of applicants could not be known.
If sources were to be believed about 3,500 students appeared for the examination in three centres in the city. Out of this about 800 of the candidates were from the district.
