Fans were left worried after veteran actor Rishi Kapoor tweeted that he was flying to the US for some medical treatment and urged them not to be speculating anything. However, as all fans do, speculations did happen and reports were doing rounds that the 102 Not Out actor was diagnosed with cancer. Thankfully, brother Randhir Kapoor cleared the air and said that it was nothing like that.
Anupam Kher who is also currently in New York, recently met Rishi Kapoor and the two spend a great time together. Walking on the streets of New York, Manhattan, a blonde Rishi Kapoor and a care-free Anupam Kher were like old pals meeting after a long time. Taking to his Twitter, Rishi Kapoor wrote, “New York, Manhattan. “Kher-free” or is it “Care-free” on Madison Avenue with colleague and old friend Anupam Kher this afternoon.”
In fact, Anupam Kher also wrote, “Dearest #RishiKapoor!! It was so wonderful to meet you & spend some time with you on the streets of Manhattan. You are such a great & entertaining conversationalist. Loved talking to you about India, New York, magic of movies & importance of a ‘pause’ in life. Bahut Achcha laga aapse milke.”
Anupam Kher will be seen in the upcoming film The Accidental Prime Minister where he takes the role of former PM Manmohan Singh. Rishi Kapoor was last seen in the film Mulk.
