Aditya Anagha Multi-State Credit Co-operative Society Ltd. marked its 15th Annual Function with a grand celebration that brought together achievement, appreciation, culture and the spirit of togetherness that has shaped the Society’s journey over the years.
A key highlight of the evening was the recognition of excellence across the organisation, with awards presented across multiple categories, including Best Staff, Best Branch, Best Department and Best Region among several other recognitions. The awards celebrated employees and teams who demonstrated exceptional performance, dedication and commitment, while inspiring the entire workforce to aim higher and contribute to the Society’s continued growth.
The celebration also paid a special tribute to the people who have grown alongside the Society. As many as 54 employees who completed 10 years of dedicated service with Aditya Anagha were felicitated on the occasion. Recognised as the Society’s vintage and experienced workforce, these employees represent a valuable institutional legacy built through years of commitment, loyalty and perseverance.
Their decade-long association goes beyond a milestone of service—it reflects trust, continuity and a shared journey of growth. The felicitation was a heartfelt acknowledgement of employees who have witnessed and contributed to the Society’s evolution, standing as an integral part of its foundation, culture and success.
‘Sita – Siya Ram Ki’: A Mega Play Created by the People of Aditya Anagha
The cultural highlight of the evening was the fifth edition of Aditya Anagha’s much-awaited mega play, ‘Sita – Siya Ram Ki’. What made this year’s production particularly special was that it was created and performed with the active participation of the Society’s own employees.
Employees stepped beyond their professional roles to become actors, performers and creative contributors, bringing the story to life on stage. The production was therefore not simply a theatrical presentation, but a collective expression of the talent, creativity and passion within the Aditya Anagha family.
Adding an even more personal dimension to the production, the lyrics featured in ‘Sita – Siya Ram Ki’ were original and written by members of the staff team themselves. This made the music an authentic creation of the people who were part of the production, further strengthening the connection between the story and the Aditya Anagha family.
The play presented the timeless story of Sita and Ram through a powerful theatrical narrative, with a distinctive focus on Sita as a woman of courage, strength and resilience—a warrior in her own right. Rather than portraying Sita only through the traditional lens of sacrifice, the production sought to highlight her inner strength, dignity, conviction and ability to face adversity with extraordinary courage.
Through compelling performances, original music and storytelling, the play explored themes of dignity, courage, devotion, sacrifice, strength and righteousness, offering the audience a renewed perspective on Sita’s character and her extraordinary journey.
The mega play has become a distinctive tradition of Aditya Anagha’s annual celebrations, with each production bringing a new story, perspective and message to the audience. The journey began with ‘Mai Tulsi Tere Angan Ki’, inspired by the lives of Kashibai and Bajirao, followed by ‘Ganu’, based on the life and teachings of Gajanan Maharaj. The Society then presented ‘Joker’, portraying the vision and journey of an ordinary man striving towards success, followed by ‘Karna’, exploring the powerful and selfless character from the Mahabharata.
With ‘Sita – Siya Ram Ki’, the fifth mega production continued this distinctive tradition of bringing together Indian culture, meaningful storytelling, original creativity and employee participation.
The 15th Annual Function was therefore more than a celebration of a milestone. It was a celebration of people, perseverance, talent and purpose—honouring those who have contributed to the Society’s journey, recognising excellence across its workforce and providing its employees with a platform to express themselves creatively.
From felicitating 54 employees who have completed a decade with the Society to watching employees themselves take centre stage as actors and creators, the celebration reflected a powerful message: Aditya Anagha is not only built by its people—it also celebrates, recognises and gives a platform to their talent.
