Nagpur: The District and Sessions Court finally set free a son who was accused of murdering his own father for want of concrete evidence and was in the jail for the past one year on November 27, 2014. The accused identified as Ravi was accused of murdering his own father brutally.
In the year 2013, the Security Guard of the Petrol Pump situated on Ramtek Road, Ram Katothey was found murdered in the petrol Pump on September 7, 2013. Ram Katothey was brutally killed by smashing his skull with a stone. The Ramtek police had arrested his son Ravi Katothey for murdering his father. Ravi was sent on MCR and was in the jail for the past one year. However, the owner of the petrol pump Archana Bhoyar had raised an objection to Ramtek Police accusing Ravi of murdering his father and allegedly claimed that Ravi can never kill his father.
The District and Sessions Court finally acquitted Ravi Katothey from the crime for want of conclusive evidence. Now the owner of the petrol pump Archana Bhoyar has demanded that the Ramtek police should investigate and find out the real accused who murdered Ram Katothey, the father of Ravi Katothey.
