Love the smell of a freshly baked cake wafting towards you? If you love your baked goodies and can’t get enough, a new bakery in Nagpur is pushing boundaries by introducing special fusion cakes and making them in record-time! Introducing Breads N Beyond – a bakery that claims to get a cake made in 12 minutes and 12 seconds flat!
With a special open kitchen, one can view the entire baking process of a cake and owner Pankaj Roshan claims that this is the only bakery in the city that lets you do that. Though this is a lovely concept, what truly stole our hears were the fusion cakes.
We tried their signature Rabdi cake and found ourselves getting lost in the creamy goodness and the beautiful dry fruits. Who would have imagined this Indian dessert as a cake? But this cake is well worth the culinary adventure.
Another innovation is the fusion of two flavours in a single cake. Very unique, very yummy. The Lemon Cheesecake and the Mixed Fruit Cake were the other cakes we tried and we loved the freshness of the ingredients and the perfect balance of ingredients – truly refreshing to the palate!
But it does not end there. Afraid of loading up on calories, Breads N Beyond has a great variety of healthy snacks you can munch on whenever hungry. We ended our visit to the place with Honey and Oat Cookies that taste lovely with a cup of cookie. With a range that includes Jowari cookies, Bajra and Jaggery cookies and Choco-chip cookies, we’ll sure be heading back for more.
For now, we’re really glad we have another great bakery in town!
