Nagpur: In a villainous act of Bollywood style, a 25-year old lewd boy kidnapped a minor girl from a busy road near her school and raped her frequently over a period of seven months. The accused boy, before kidnapping and raping the minor girl, had, in a filmy style, threatened to kill her parents if she failed to accompany him. The fanatic accused has been arrested and now cooling his heels in police custody.
The evil-minded accused Amaranand Ajaykumar Yadav (25), resident of Tekanaka, opposite Inox Mall, used to chase the 15-year old girl whenever she went to her tuitions and school. In September 2014, the accused Amaranand stopped the girl midway and delivered a villainous dialogue to the girl “You love me or your parents will be eliminated. With this force of life threat, the accused forcibly seated the girl on his motorcycle (MH-31/CJ 5904) near Blue Diamond School Road, Anant Nagar and took her to his house. From that day till March 30, the accused Amaranand raped the helpless minor girl frequently. However, the girl gathered courage and narrated the horrific sequence of events to her parents. The minor girl’s parents immediately took her to Gittikhadan Police Station and lodged a complaint againt the accused.
PSI Kawre, acting on the complaint, booked the crooked accused Amaranand Ajaykumar Yadav under Sections 363, 354(A)(I)(D)(1), 376(2)(1), 506 of IPC read with Sections 3, 4, 8, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act 2012 and arrested him.
