• Graduation is must
• 2+ years of experience
• 1-6 years experience in handling of Sales Reps/DSAs/agents – Preferable
• Should have handled a team of 4-6 team members/agents – Preferable
• Should have been resident of the current city for a minimum of 2 yrs – Preferable
• Should have stability in the previous assignments – Preferable
