Nagpur News: In the first case, on May 12, 2014, between 8:00 to 8:20, a young man named Ritesh Ramlakhan Awasthi aged 28 years and a resident of a house belonging to Mohan Lokhande, committed suicide by hanging himself using a saree tied to the ceiling hook. On the basis of the information provided by the mother of the deceased Mira Ramlakhan Awasthi aged 50 years, PSI Padhan of Hudkeshwar Police Station registered a case of accidental death and is investigating further.
In the second case which too happened on May 12, 2014, at 5:45 am, an unidentified body of a man, aged approximately 30-35 years was found floating in the Ambazhari Lake. On the basis of information provided to Ambazhari Police Station by Amit Anil Mohril aged 37 years and a resident of Ambalaxmi Apartment, Hill Top, a case of accidental death has been registered by PSI Rathore of Ambazhari Police Station and is investigating further.
In the third incident of suicide which also occurred on May 12, 2014 at 5 pm, the dead body of Deepak Homdeo Uprikar aged 25 and a resident of the house of Sarode, in Matoshri Nagar, MIDC was found floating in the well situated in the field of Bondile, of Ashtavinayak Nagar, Vanadongri. On the basis of the information provided by Asha Deepak Uprikar aged 18 years, PSI Zhamre of MIDC Police Station registered a case of accidental death in the case and is investigating further.
