Nagpur News : The anger over controversial remark by Yog Guru Baba Ramdev on Dalit women flared in Orange City too. On Sunday, some social organisations lodged a complaint against Yog Guru Baba Ramdev who remarked about Rahul Gandhi’s visits to Dalit houses and meeting the dalit women, on April 25 through electronic media.
Pachpaoli police have registered an offence under Sections 3 (a) (10) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989. The complainant Deepak Khobragade, in his complaint objected the remarks made by Baba Ramdev and said that the Yog Guru has hurt the sentiments of the Dalits by insulting Dalit women on social platform through electronic media. Khobragade condemned the remarks and demanded his arrest. Pachpaoli police have registered the case and have started their investigations.
