Nagpur: Sitabuldi police has booked a 24 year-old man for allegedly outraging the modesty of 21 year-old woman on the eve of garba night.
The accused has been identified as Manoj Ganesh Kanojiya (24) resident of Plot. No. 262, near Rudravtar Press, Dharampeth.

As per the details, the survivor had gone to attend the garba night in Gavlipura on Thursday. However the accused that has been bothering the 21 year-old complainant from 2014 congested her on her way to home and insisted to share few words with him. However when the complainant refused, the accused allegedly first hold her hand and later followed her till home.
Subsequently, the survivor narrated her ordeal to her parents, followed by which they rushed to Sitabuldi police station.
Sitabuldi police station has registered a case under section 354(D) against the accused. Further details are awaited
