Bifocal admission process gets poor response from students

NAGPUR: Around 62% of Bifocal seats are lying empty even after the last round of admissions. With a total of 8,105 seats in the colleges of Nagpur, only 3,021 seats (38%) have been filled for the Bifocal courses this year.

This is the first year, when Bifocal admission process is being done before the General Science.

Now, the allotment list of all faculties will be displayed on July 5, after which students can confirm their admissions in respective colleges allotted to them between July 6 and 9.

The checklist of all the faculties has been displayed on the official website. Students can check the information. Students can also contact Dhanwate National College and submit written application regarding their problems on June 30 or July 2, if they have any with the list.

Students, who cancel their admissions in Bifocal or centralized round, will be considered directly during first come first serve round; reads the notification on the official website.
