Nagpur: The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) celebrated the annual Vijaya Dashmi at Reshimbagh ground. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat spoke on a wide range of issues that sets the agenda for the Bharatiya Janata Party. The speech of Bhagwat covered a gamut of issues including ‘Gau Raksha, Rohingyas as threat to national security, need of constitutional amendments to tackle Kashmir issue, economic development, Blue Whale Challenge, anti-national forces et al.

At the outset, Bhagwat performed ‘Shastra Pujan.’ BJP patriarch and former Deputy Prime Minister Lalkrishna Advani attended the RSS Vijaya Dashmi programme after a gap of many years.
