The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the Class 10 Board Examination 2026 (Session 1) results. The declaration brings relief to nearly 25 lakh students who appeared for the exams this year.
The CBSE Class 10 examinations were conducted between February 17 and March 11, 2026, across various centres in the country. With a massive number of candidates, the exam remains one of the largest school-level assessments in India.
Students can access their results on the official CBSE websites, including cbse.gov.in and results.cbse.nic.in. To check their scores, candidates are required to enter details such as roll number, school number, admit card ID, date of birth, and security PIN.
Apart from the official portals, CBSE has also enabled alternative platforms for result access. Students can check their results via the UMANG app and DigiLocker. Additionally, SMS and IVRS services are available for those facing internet connectivity issues.
DigiLocker is expected to provide digital marksheets and certificates shortly after the announcement. These digital documents are considered valid and can be used for admission and official purposes.
Students are advised to carefully verify the details mentioned in their marksheets. In case of any discrepancies, they should immediately contact their respective schools or CBSE officials for correction.
The declaration of the Class 10 results marks an important academic milestone for students, as they now move forward to choose their preferred streams for higher studies.
