BJP leader shot dead in Bihar

Chhapra/Nagpur: In another ghastly incident, a BJP leader was shot dead by unidentified goons in Taraiya area of Saran District in Bihar on February 11, 2016.

The Bharatiya Janata Party leader was killed by goons after they fired bullets on him. The Police are terming the murder to be a result of personal rivalry.

According to police sources, the deceased BJP leader Kedar Singh had gone to Mushrak village on his Motorcycle. However, late in the night, his body was found near Gandar village. The cops also recovered the motorcycle in which he had travelled to Mushrak.

The Superintendent of Police of Saran District Satyaveer Singh on Friday, the February 12, 2016 said that the deceased Kedar Singh received three bullets. His body has been sent for Post Mortem to Government Medical College.

Saran BJP President Ved Prakash Upadhyay has demanded immediate arrest of the killers.
