Nagpur: Maharashtra Chief Secretary Swadheen Kshatriya paid his visit to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) as well as Super Speciality Hospital here in the city on Wednesday and inspected the newly constructed Trauma Care Centre building there in. He directed the hospital authorities to get its electrification and other technical works completed soon and start its functioning from January, 2016.
Present on this occasion were Addl Chief Secretary (Medical Education) Medha Gadgil, Addl Chief Secretary (Finance and Planning) Sunil Porwal, Principal Secretary Sitaram Kunte, Dean GMCH Dr Abhimanyu Niswade, senior officers of PWD and other departments.
Kshatriya further said, early start of Trauma Care Centre is necessary so that the patients of major accidents and seriously injured in other natural calamities may be benefited.
