Yummy easy to make starters from Thai cuisine that is good to be eaten during winters and make your meal more delicious.
Ingredients:
¼ cup Maida
2 tbsp rice flour
4 tbsp sesame seeds [toasted]
1 tbsp red curry paste
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
½ cup water
12 prawns
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil to fry
Method:
Remove heads and shells from prawns leave tail.
Sieve flour together in a bowl. Add curry paste, fish sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Add water and make a batter of pour consistency.
Holding the tail of the prawns dip them into the batter and deep fry in oil till golden brown.
Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
