Case registered against accused for illegal assembly and critically injuring victim

Nagpur: On August 2, 2015 at 2:10 pm the victim identified as Roshan Ganeshrao Hane aged 25 years and a resident of Zenda Chowk, Near Bhende Flour Mill, Wardhamna Nagpur was supervising the on-going construction work of his maternal aunt’s house situated at Plot No 242, Near Tajne Sabhagruha, Tajne Layout. At that time accused 1. Tatoba Laxman Ingole aged 43 years, 2. Gajanand Tatoba Ingole aged 23 years, 3. Sandeep Raghunath Khseersagar aged 24 years all residents of Shivaji, Dhakni Mohalla, Nagpur and 4. Raja Dilip Neware aged 23 years and a resident of Shivaji Nagar Nagpur and other co-accused had alleged that the victim Roshan had stolen their goods and then these accused started thrashing the victim and all those who tried to intervene or save the victim with bamboo, bricks and cement slabs. The victim was critically injured in this attack.

On the basis of the complaint lodged by the victim Roshan, Police Sub Inspector Rakhunde of Wadi Police Station has registered a case against the accused under Sections 143, 147, 148, 149, 324, 325 and 326 of Indian Penal Code and sub-section 135 of Bombay Police Act. Police Sub Inspector Rakhunde has also arrested the accused Tatoba Laxman Ingole, Gajanand Tatoba Ingole, Sandeep Raghunath Khseersagar and Raja Dilip Neware
