Nagpur: Total 98 students of 50 colleges affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) would be participating in various sporting events to be organised in four different cities in the coming days.
Ten students of RTMNU colleges will take part in All India Inter-University Women’s Judo Championship to be held in Chandigarh from December 17 to 21. This event is being organised by Punjab University. In the Boys Handball tournament being organised by Solapur University in Solapur, 25 students have been selected to represent RTMNU. This tournament is also being held from December 17 to 21. In the Women’s Volleyball Tournament to be held in Jaipur from December 12 to 15, 20 students of RTMNU will take part.
Mumbai University is organising Men’s Football Tournament from December 11 to 21 in which 26 students of Nagpur University will participate. Similarly, Men’s Kho-Kho competition is also being organised by Mumbai University from December 21 to 24 in which 17 students of RTMNU will take part.
