Nagpur: Dhantoli police have booked eight accused under Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (MCOCA),in connection with Nagpur jailbreak incident.
Media in Nagpur had raised the issue regarding action against accused under MCOCA in a report published on May 21. Soon after the report, the concerned police staion began acting and prepared the proposal to booked the accused under the act and got it approved from police commissioner.
According to the information Satyandra alias Rahul Gupta, Bablesh Yadav, Sisansingh Uikey, Shibu alias Mohd Shoeb Khan, Akash alias Golu Rajsingh Thakur, Prem alias Nepali Shalikram Khatri, ganesh Kamalkishro Sharma and Nawab Khan are the accused booked under MCOCA.
