Nagpur News: Jaripatka police booked a 50-year-old man for attempt to rape on a minor on Sunday. Police informed, the minor girl Roma (name changed) was alone in her house when her neighbour Dinesh Suri (50), a resident of Jaripatka entered her house realizing she was alone.
Roma was alone at her house on Sunday when her neigbhbour Dinesh entered her house. He asked to bring water for her and followed her in the kitchen. He attempted to outrage her modesty but she managed to escape. She told her parents about the incidence who lodged a complaint with Jaripatka Police Station against Dinesh Suri. Cops have booked him and registered a case under Sections 354 and sub Section 7, 8 Protection of Children from Sexual Act, 2012, informed PI Besarkar. Search for Suri is on and PSI Nikalje is investigating the case.
