RankJunction.com, a leading Talent Platform for Freshers conducted a Campus Placement Drive on 26 -27 March 2015 at S.B. Jain Institute of Technology, Management and Research. A record 1,700 students participated in this drive. Three companies namely NSP Future Tech, Nagpur, JFL Pvt. Ltd. and NGRT Systems Pvt. Ltd had come for Hiring through this mega event.
50+ candidates were given offer letter in this drive. Students from more than 60 engineering colleges across Vidarbha participated in this campus placement drive, making it one of the biggest events in the region. The process of Application was completely online and managed by RankJunction.com.
RankJunction has introduced a unique concept of “Placement Quotient” (PQ), an aptitude test. The candidate with Placement Quotient score can apply to multiple jobs all-round the year. The students can skip the process of taking pre-assessment tests again and again for different companies. PQ score helps students to get shortlisted for GD /PI rounds. This saves lot of time, money and efforts of the students. They can participate in drives of various companies across India from the comfort of their home.
