Nagpur: The two-wheeler riders often seem to be testing the speed capacity of their two-wheelers. Often they lose control over their vehicle and end up in fatal mishap killing themselves or others.
In a similar incident that occurred on June 21, 2015 at around 5:25 pm, the deceased victim Prasanna Vijayrao Nerkar aged 42 years and a resident of Plot No K-43, Bharat Nagar was going to his house on his Honda Aviator bearing RTO Registration No MH-31 / VS-3183 when the accused speeding recklessly on his Royal Enfield Motorcycle bearing RTO Registration No MH-49 / Y-4246 rammed into the Honda Aviator vehicle of the deceased victim.
The mishap occurred hit opposite the clinic of Dr Indrayni Hatwar situated in Bharat Nagar, on Amravati Nagar.
On the basis of the complaint lodged by Mangesh Vijayrao Nerkar aged 40 years and a resident of Plot No 172, Mainroad, Gokulpeth, Police Sub Inspector Chaudhari of Ambazhari Police Station registered a case against the accused under Sections 279, 304 (A) of Indian Penal Code and is investigating further.
