37 pc results of NU’s winter exams declared

Nagpur: Thirty-seven per cent results of winter exams of Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University have been declared so far. Governor had rapped university administration over delay in announcing results. Due to this, exam department has geared up to announce results at the earliest.

University had conducted winter exams of 835 courses. Out of these, results of 316 exams have been declared. In first phase, 84 exams were conducted, 224 exams were conducted in second phase while 274 exams were conducted in third stage.

So far, 37 results of first phase, 224 results of second stage and 35 results of third stage have been declared, informed sources. Exams of second stage were postponed for 11 days. University took duration of 45 to 120 days to announce results of summer exams due to which it had received remarks from governor.

An official in exam department said that efforts will be made to announce maximum number of results within next two weeks.
