3 minor boys, including two friends, go missing in city

Nagpur:
Three minor boys, including two friends, went missing from different areas of the city since past 48 hours. Cops have mounted a search to trace the boys.

The complainant Chandrakala Santosh Shahu (39), resident of Bokhara Ramnagar, Koradi, told police that her son Kapil alias Shanu Santosh Shahu (17) and his friend Shubham Arun Zore (16), resident of Koradi Colony, left their home around 3 pm on Tuesday (August 2) without informing other family members. Since then they have returned home and went missing. All efforts to find the two boys by their families proved futile. Finally, mother of Kapil lodged a missing complaint with Koradi police.

PSI Rathod has registered a case under Section 363 of the IPC and searching for them intensely.

Similarly, the 10-year old Mohammed Naruhasan Kutubuddin Shaha, son of Kutubuddin Majovar Shaha, resident of Minimata Nagar, near Boudha Vihar, was not found at home when Kutubuddin returned home around 9 pm on Monday (August 1). He searched his son at all possible places but failed to locate him till to date. The dejected Kutubuddin finally approached Kalamna police and filed a missing complaint.

PSI Morey, following the directives of Supreme Court which say that if any minor girl or boy goes missing then the case be treated as that of kidnapping, has registered a case under Section 363 of IPC and mounted a search to trace the 10-year old boy.
