2 killed in fatal car crash on Wardha road

: Road mishap has yet again claimed two young lives when their speeding car collided with a truck near Takalghat Phata on NH-7. Tanmay Urdhwareshe (21) died on-the-spot and Juhi Bhange (19) took her last breath at Government Medical College after the car hit a truck, which, too, was in over speed.

The friends were returning from an Industrial visit in the car owned by Bhange family and Urdhwarshe behind the wheels. Latter’s body had to be extracted from the car after cutting it open. The impact was so hard that the car was completely smashed.

The deceased were returning from an Industrial visit when the mishap happened. Tanmay, only child of his parents, was pursuing his studies in Commerce after having left his Engineering mid-off. Bhange, who belonged to a business family background, was a B.B.A. student. Juhi’s eldest brother Vinay said the trucker was under inebriated condition.


MIDC Bori police have arrested driver of the killer truck, identified as Ritesh Kumar Roy, who was heading towards Jabalpur after loading the vehicle from Jamshedpur.
