Nagpur: Two scooter-borne miscreants not only molested 14-year old girl but also tried to kidnap her. When the girl shouted for help, the two goons slapped her and fled the spot. The incident took place in Hudkeshwar area Friday evening.
The 14-year old girl, resident of Hudkeshwar area, was going to a kirana shop near her residence walking around 6.30 pm on Friday. Midway, two-Activa borne miscreants chased her and stopped her. The pillion riding goon indulged in vulgar acts and asked the minor girl to sit in their moped. However, the girl refused to follow the diktat and shouted for help. Sensing trouble, the two goons fled the spot but not before slapping the girl severely.
Hudkeshwar PSI Ingole has booked the two accused under Sections 354(D), 341, 323 of the IPC read with Sub-Sections 2, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and searching for them.
